Chris has acted on the one hand for Lloyd’s syndicates, composites, brokers and life offices, and on the other, for insureds, corporates and claimant consumers. This is unusual as most practitioners in this area are ‘either poacher or gamekeeper’. It gives Chris a balance and evenhandedness which he applies when being the mediator of insurance-related disputes.
